Isn’t Lace Romantic?
I remember poor Gus trying to find things for Cinderella’s dress. It was the mice that found the trimmings, though wasn’t it? You see, even the mice knew that the ball dress for Cinderella was just not going to be done unless it had some of those feminine touches! Lace and ribbons are some of those trimmings that make things special. Just because we are on a budget, does not mean we can’t have pretty things too! Go ahead and find something pretty that is not practical, and then take it apart for its pieces. I find it very rewarding. I think Gus would agree!
